Live Below The Line charity
Harriet recently completed the 'Live Below The Line' challenge for the second year. The Live Below The Line charity is very dear to Harriet's heart.
She had £1 per day for 5 days to spend on food and drink 1 per day with thousands of others across the world in a global movement to help end extreme poverty. The challenge raises awareness and funds to support the work of Plan UK. £1 is the UK equivalent of the extreme poverty line. Eating and drinking on so little gives a glimpse into the challenges faced by the 1.2 billion people who have no choice but to live below the line everyday for everything — that's food, medical care, transport, education, everything.
Harriet reached her £200 target but if you would like to donate more, please click the link below.

InterviewNew review for 'The One For Me' on Inspire LS
Here is a fabulous review from Inspire LS. Click on the link for the whole review
"[The One For Me] is a fabulous listening experience. From my point of view it stands out because Ms Eaves is not only a Jazz singer but also a British, home grown Jazz singer. With offerings such as this it will be just a short amount of time before she establishes herself as the foremost jazz vocalist in the UK"
"[The One for Me] is a collection of quality songs given life and soul by Harriet Eaves’ cool, measured and at times sassy voice which is made even more accomplished and enjoyable by the blues and soul edge; that she has in her overall delivery. This is stuff for the summer yes, but also for that lovely bottle of red curled up in front of the fire during autumn or winter. This album deserves purchasing and will not leave your playlists anytime soon."

Harriet's new EP 'The One For Me' has been reviewed by the Online magaine 'Musicvein'. Have a look below!

"I get really excited when I hear artists singing without enhancements and lots of instruments diluting their vocal ranges, so when I received the album ‘The One For Me’ by Harriet Eaves, believe me I was blown away. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good album I can dance around to and get that uplifting feeling from the instruments but to hear an artist proudly let their voice be the instrument – that’s talent right there."

During 2012, the Village was temporarily adapted to accommodate the amazing athletes at the Olympics, and it is now home to its first long-term residents. We want East Village to offer a new living experience in London and, to do that, we have immersed ourselves in the community surrounding the Village, to find out for ourselves the hidden gems and people which make our neighbourhood and its surroundings such an amazing place to live. Whether it's showcasing community spirit, telling our readers where to get the best coffee in town or interviewing a third generation stallholder from Stratford's indoor market, we're here to celebrate the achievements, people and places that help make ours one of the most unique and exciting areas of London."

HYPEFRESH Magazine® Review
"If you're a music connoisseur, that means you are unbiased to any genre - whether it be hip-hop, R&B, Rock, Jazz., etc; Yesterday evening, the editors at HF® received a very special email, containing new music from an independent jazz singer by the name of Harriet Eaves. We had no idea what we were in for, at first. As soon as the music began to play through our office's BOSE® Speakers, we were taken aback, to a pure replication of the Jazz era.
When this tune starts up, your mind is automatically put in the era of the 'Gatsby'. Yeah, this is some true classic gentleman music. The perfect pairing would be a classic tailored suit, a fine cigar and maybe a 1920's Rolls Royce parked in the lot. Yeah, it's like that. Eaves's soulful & powerful voice - similar to Adele - graces the jazzy, playful piano that plays in the background. This track, in our opinion is the ultimate standalone, in comparison to other music that gets released today. This song is automatically labeled a classic, due to it's originality, and composition.
You too, will understand it's greatness when you listen. But make sure you have a fine cognac, and handsome cigar by your side. Its a mandatory requirement to fully engage what your hearing."
